Speaker: Drake Phillips - Pastor of Algonac Baptist Church; Algonac, MI
What does it look like for a man to be established in his faith? This session will explore how men can develop a faith that is rooted deeply in Christ, strengthened through His Word, and able to stand firm through trials, temptation, and the pressures of life.

Know What You Believe: Why Doctrine Matters
Speaker: Stephen Clark - Lead Pastor of First Baptist Church of Hazel Park; Hazel Park, MI
A man who is rooted in Christ must be grounded in truth. This session will examine why biblical doctrine matters, why every Christian man should know what he believes and why he believes it, and how sound doctrine helps us recognize error and remain faithful to Christ.

Give Thanks: Becoming A Man Of Gratitude
Speaker: Jared Barringer - Worship and Missions Pastor at Beacon Baptist Church; Taylor, MI
Paul calls believers to be “abounding in thanksgiving.” This session will explore why gratitude is an essential part of a Christ-centered life and what it looks like for a man to cultivate a thankful heart—in good circumstances, difficult circumstances, and every area of life.

Stand Firm: Becoming Established In Your Faith
Drake Phillips grew up in Virginia in a Christian family and as a teenager sensed God’s calling to full-time ministry. After completing his homeschool program, Drake went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies and Missions from Boston Baptist College and a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies from Grace School of Theology.
Drake has spent 10 years serving in youth ministry and for the past four years has served as the Lead Pastor of Algonac Baptist Church in Algonac, Michigan. He also serves as the Treasurer of the Michigan Baptist Bible Fellowship.
Drake is passionate about helping people grow in their faith, stand firmly on God’s Word, and live out their calling Christians. He has been married to his wife, Jill, since 2016, and they have been blessed with two children, Oliver and Wren.
In his free time, Drake enjoys reading, listening to a good podcast, trying new restaurants, and exploring new places with his family.

Know What You Believe: Why Doctrine Matters
Stephen is a lifelong Michigan resident. He now pastors First Baptist Church of Hazel Park, just a few miles away from where he grew up in Royal Oak. He was saved at the age of 12 at the conclusion of a chapel service at Bethany Christian School in Troy. After high school, he went to ITT Technical Institute and earned an Associates Degree in Electronics Engineering. He worked on electron microscopes, but then spent seventeen years working in the professional audio, video and lighting field. Late in his 20s, he began to feel God calling him to ministry. After surrendering to God’s call, he began Bible College through Louisianna Baptist University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies. He served 5 years as the assistant pastor at Emmanuel Missionary Baptist Church in Warren. In 2017, he accepted the call to pastor at First Baptist Church. He married his high school sweetheart Melissa in 1999, and they have served the Lord together ever since. Melissa is an English teacher at Rochester Hills Christian School and serves in many ministries at their church. They have 3 adult children. Lindsey is a teacher and was married this past summer to Alec Spiegel, the Student Pastor at Beacon Baptist Church. Ashley is in her senior year at Pensacola Christian College, and she is engaged to be married in May 2027. Andrew is in college studying criminal justice and working as a cadet for the West Bloomfield Police Department.

Jared Barringer has served in pastoral ministry at Beacon Baptist Church in Taylor, Michigan, since 2014, where he currently serves as Worship, Missions, and Outreach Pastor. In addition to his worship, missions, and outreach responsibilities, Jared helps lead the Valor Men’s Ministry at Beacon. He is passionate about helping men grow in their walk with Christ and become the leaders of their homes, churches, and communities that God has called them to be.
Jared holds a BA in Intercultural Studies and an MA in Church Ministry from Mission University in Springfield, Missouri. Jared and his wife, Jennie, have been married since 2015 and have three children. He enjoys serving the Lord with his family, teaching God’s Word, leading worship, and encouraging others to pursue a life that is firmly rooted in Christ.
Walt Yeoman

The Courage to Share Your Story
Walt has been the senior pastor of Chesaning Bible Baptist Church in Chesaning, MI, since April 2012. Pastor Walt has been in ministry for 49 years. He graduated from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO, in May of 1976. He met his wife Susan there, and they have been married a little over 47 years and have enjoyed serving the Lord together all these years. They raised four children and now have seven grand children. All of them are serving the Lord in their respective churches!
Through the past almost five decades, Walt has served in several capacities as a children's pastor, youth pastor, and lead pastor in several states. He has also led music, choirs, and sang special music with his wife and family. He has assisted as a vice director of youth camps and as a speaker. He has loved working with young people, especially the junior age. Walt has been passionate in two areas during his years in ministry: leading folks to Christ and Faith Promise Missions. Some of our sweetest memories in Chesaning have been leading three football coach's at the local high school to Christ and leading several students to the Savior in our Rural Bible Ministries with the public school children. Pastor Walt will tell you it has been a real joy to serve Jesus all these years and to see people get saved! He desires to end the journey well and hear the Savior say, "Well done, thou good and faithful servant. Enter into the joy of the Lord."

“I’ve had the joy (and scars!) of serving at Northline Church for 25 years—21 of those as Lead Pastor. I’m all about transformation—the kind for which only God gets credit. I’m a big believer in the local church and how God uses ordinary people to do eternally significant things. My passion? Helping people explore, experience, and express Jesus until they become fully devoted followers of Him.
I’ve been married to my hot and holy wife, Amy, for 25 years (she’s the real MVP). Together, we’ve raised 5 awesome kids: Lexi (22), Ali (21), Asher (17), Judah (14), and our son Caden, who’s already with Jesus and makes Heaven feel even closer.
Now, confession time: I’m only a dog liker, but because I deeply love my wife and kids… we have FOUR dogs. Pray for me.
When I’m not preaching, leading, or refereeing sibling disputes, I’m probably watching Michigan football (Go Blue!), hitting the golf course, or cheering on my kids as they pursue their passions—in the Church or on the court.”
Coleman Geraci

Health and Fitness as Stewardship
CH (CPT)/Rev. Coleman Geraci currently serves as a Chaplain in the US Army Reserves and as a pastor for two congregations: St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Milan, MI and St. Thomas Lutheran Church, Ann Arbor, MI. He completed his Master of Divinity in 2019 at Concordia Seminary St. Louis. Prior to becoming a pastor, Coleman served on active duty in the US Army as a Special Forces Medical Sergeant.
God has blessed Coleman with a wonderful, faithful wife, and four beautiful, faithful children: Augustana “Ana” (7), Simeon (5), Magdalena (3), and Titus (8 months).
